I’ll be there as part of the market, so you can expect plenty of delicious free-from options to tempt you 😋

It’s the perfect excuse to support local, enjoy some tasty treats and maybe even get a little head start on that C word shopping 😉

And that’s exactly what we want this Christmas Market to be about.

Local. Independent. Community.

This event is being put on first and foremost for our community to enjoy. A place to meet up with friends, wrap your hands around something warm, soak up the festive atmosphere, enjoy the lights and entertainment and wander around discovering beautiful things made and produced right here on our doorstep. 🎁✨

We want stalls filled with things that feel magical, unique and a little bit different — the sort of gifts and treats you simply don’t find in the big shops.

I’ve got a last-minute midweek outing this Wednesday! 👀

If you’re looking for something to do in Penzance, pop along to the Waves Artisan Market at the Queens Hotel, 10am–4pm.

You can expect to find some of your Cozy Crumb favourites, including:

It's honesty so sad to see this 😭 I love being part of this market and seeing how much it supports all the amazing small businesses involved 💚 It might seem small, but it’s really upsetting when things like this happen.

We always try to keep this page positive. We love sharing our traders, celebrating our little market and showing you all the lovely things happening in our community. 💛

But today, we’re genuinely a little bit gutted.

Sadly, our Illogan Food & Craft Market banner has been ripped down.

To some, it might just be a banner. But to us, it represents something we’ve put a huge amount of time, effort and heart into building.

This market doesn’t just magically appear every Sunday. There are hours and hours of work behind the scenes — organising traders, advertising, putting up signs, setting up, packing away and constantly trying to think of ways to make it better and bring more people into Illogan to support our wonderful small businesses.

And everything costs money.

So when something we’ve paid for is deliberately damaged, however small it might seem, it really does have a knock-on effect. More than anything, it’s just incredibly disheartening when we’re simply trying to create something positive for our community.

We’ll replace it, of course. We’ll put it back up, carry on and continue doing what we do every Sunday. ❤️

But we really wish we didn’t have to.

And to the vast majority of you who turn up, support our traders, share our posts, tell your friends about us and genuinely want to see this little market succeed — thank you.

You’re the reason we keep putting everything into it. 💛
