In memory of my Annie on her birthday 🤍
She loved when we would turn up to visit with a suprise chelsea bun from the local deli.

The last time I baked them for her birthday a few years back, they turned out so dense and nothing like I planned… but she still ate them with the biggest smile.

Made them again today thinking of her.
