🍓Summer Berries and Cream Snacking Bars🍓

For week one of Level 5 chocolate at the , I made and produced some Summer Berries and Cream Snacking Bars, decorated with ombre sprayed coloured cocoa butter.

This was my first time ever using a spray gun to decorate moulds, and I absolutely love how they turned out.
