What does an Internal Sales team actually do? 🤔

At Instarmac, our Internal Sales department is often the first point of contact for customers — and no two days are ever the same.

From processing orders and answering technical questions to helping customers find the right solution for their project, the team works closely with departments across the business to keep everything running smoothly.

On any given day, the team could be:
📞 Taking customer calls
📧 Responding to enquiries
📦 Processing orders
🤝 Supporting our customers
🧠 Sharing technical product knowledge
🚚 Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams
