NEW for Autumn🍁. This is my prototype for an apple and cinnamon cake. Nice chunks of apple paired with sweet, richness of cinnamon makes for a really yummy cake. Perfect with a cup of tea ☕.

For someone's birthday recently I was asked to make 48 cupcakes in four flavours; caramel, chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. I also made a fruit cake and a lemon drizzle cake. Here they are!
