The Atlas Hot Cross Bun.

Handmade and hand rolled in the bakery.

Freshly baked every morning.

Our lightly spiced, slow fermented dough is made with flours from regenerative wheat and packed with infused mixed fruit and peel.

Finished with a light syrup for extra stickiness.

Think soft and squishy with a bit of chew.

Perfect for toasting and lathering with butter.

They're vegan too!

Available this week until when we think Easter ends.

It’s the lunar new year! To celebrate we are running some limited edition coffees;

Baima grown on the sides of the mountains in Yunnan province, with tasting notes of apricot, white wine and cloves so expect a fruity but warming flavour*

We also have a coffee from Myanmar, the Pha Yar Gyi Kone village is known to work as a co-operative with 200 farms working together! With tasting notes of wild strawberry, nectarines and milk chocolate the brew will be clean and bright!*

(*For those who drink coffee and can’t taste those notes, please don’t worry, it helps you understand in the long run what sort of beans you’re a fan of and what you’re not!)

If you’re interested in learning more about coffee and how you can experiment, try new flavours, find new equipment that might work better for you always come down and have a chat and we can help!
