A woodland dream come true ✨

This textured beauty was created for Robyn & Matt’s wedding at Stonehouse Court Hotel, featuring edible moss to tie in with their magical woodland theme. Every tier was our signature Hazelnut Praline, a flourless, nutty sponge layered with silky milk chocolate buttercream, praline crème, and a crunchy hazelnut crumb.

And while the moss may have looked wild, this cake was exactly what was asked for.

“The gorgeous cake we had made for our wedding by the incredibly talented Jen at was a huge hit! Every guest we spoke to who tried it said it was amazing, we now have the top tier wrapped up for our first anniversary… are we there yet? I want another slice!”

Last-minute cake magic? I’ve got you!

A sunset, the sea, and a cake full of soft summer romance 🌸🌊

Rebekah & Oliver’s wedding at Gara Rock looked every bit as dreamy as this view. Their two-tier buttercream cake was dressed simply with real seasonal flowers, delicate, wild, and effortlessly beautiful, just like the setting.

Proof that sometimes, less really is more.

A little piece of bittersweet magic…🍋

This two-tier Sicilian lemon cake was created for a wedding at the beautiful Deer Park, finished in smooth buttercream and adorned with edible sugar wafer paper flowers, a technique I was so excited to learn on a recent course in Poland.

It was one of the most inspiring experiences I’ve had in a long time… which is why it feels so heartbreaking that this is one of the only surviving photos. My phone was stolen last week on my holiday, and with it, every photo and video I had of the process and the memories made with

But I’m choosing to see this cake as a reminder, of how learning something new can completely reignite your creativity… and how beauty still finds a way to live on…maybe I’ll need to go and do a refresher at some point 😍

Green is the colour of balance, calm and renewal 🌿

And for Kerry & Jonathon’s wedding at Salcombe Harbour Hotel last weekend, it couldn’t have been a more perfect fit.

This cupcake and cutting cake setup was designed to feel soft, natural and romantic, with shades of sage and cream, and delicate textures that mirror the beauty of the coastal surroundings.

It’s always so special when colour choices feel like a reflection of the couple, their setting, and their story.
