** For the attention of all customers **
Sadly on Tuesday 24th December 2019 karen suddenly collapsed in the toilet of a local cafe, Montys on Plymouth Barbican following a family Christmas breakfast. Karen was rushed to Derriford Hospital where she was diagnosed with having a bleed on her brain (subarachnoid aneurysm) which we were told was inoperable, and as a result she was put onto life support and transferred to Pencarrow Intensive Care unit. It was identified while in the care of staff at the Pencarrow Unit that Karen was an organ donor and was able to donate both her Kidneys and Liver to help others.

On Thursday 26th December 2019 (Boxing Day) Karen sadly passed away after the heart-wrenching decision made for her life support to be removed.
