It is with very deep regret that I have had to close my cake business down. As some of you already know I've been in hospital for a few days, and after many tests and investigations have been advised by my cardiologist that I am unable to continue in this profession without causing damage to my health .This has not been an easy decision for me to make as i have enjoyed making cakes. I would like to thank you all for your continued support during this venture, as without you all it would have not become the sucess that it became ###xx

Strawberry & fresh cream vanilla sponge cake made today. A start of my new traditional tea time treats that are now available. Perfect for afternoon tea or coffee mornings or just because u fancy a treat. Other flavours available at the moment:-

Corset cake flavours were one side coffee sponge with vanilla latte buttercream, and the other side vanilla sponge with strawberry buttercream.
Pasty cake flavour was vanilla sponge and buttercream with a jam centre.
