This three layer gluten free cake was filled with pink vanilla buttercream and covered in a white chocolate ganache before being covered in black fondant and sparkles.. and all things Gossip Girl!

As some of you lovely people know... big change is on the horizon for me, and the cakes are coming too...! I have been a little quiet recently but squirreling away on plans for the future!

In the next week Claudia West Cakes will be making the move from Devon to Surrey where business will be up and running by May.

I would like to thank everyone for your support in the first stages of business and hope to work with many of you in the next year. Should you have a cake ordered with me over the next season and haven't heard of any change please rest assured, your order will be completed as planned!
