Birthday season is upon us, this year I had creative freedom for my grandmother's 70th birthday 🥳 I took the opportunity to make a number cake for the first time. I think it went pretty well if you ask me 💁🏻‍♀️

The number 7 is a lemon cake filled with white chocolate ganache and lemon curd 🥰

The number 0 is a vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis 😍

Both cakes are decorated with vanilla buttercream.

Busy start of the week supporting the Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning.

This week I donated my finest chocolate ganache muffins, Victoria sponge cups cake and individual tray bakes! Safe to say, they were a hit!
