Hello everyone šš
Some of my lovely customers have been asking me when Iāll be back to baking for the Tamar Valley food hub and Bere Alston post office.
The truth is, it depends how brave Iām feeling. Some days my baking goes really smoothly and the baby stays asleep until exactly the right moment. I think, great, next week Iāll put a batch of bread on the food hub.
Other days (like today) Iāve had a restless nightās sleep, I drop a whole tray of panini rolls on the floor, I burn my hand on the oven shelf, the baby wakes up at exactly the wrong time and I think, āthis is impossibleā.
So for now, the only place to get my bread is in a sandwich in the Tamar Valley tea room. But please donāt give up on me, Iām a risk taker by nature, so one day I will take the plunge and somehow make it work. Thanks so much for sticking with me! āŗļø
