My new creation for work, a Neapolitan slab 🍦🍓🍫

The first layer is strawberry cookie dough with freeze-dried strawberries, strawberry Callebaut chocolate and (a bit too much 🥴) food colouring; then vanilla cookie dough with white chocolate, topped with a layer of chocolate brownie and sprinkles.

Still a work in progress and it was slightly underdone, but we're getting there!
