If it feels like it takes me 5-10 business days to respond, it’s because I have like, a lot of kids, and their friends, and a lot of other important small people in my life… and they have a lot of things going on - and for now, my life truly does revolve around them and I wouldn't have it any other way 🤍

Sorry for the radio silence...the summer holidays happened and I fell off the social media bandwagon and fully embraced making memories with family and friends. So in case you were wondering I am still here and I am still baking, though on a smaller scale than before. Sadly my knee is not recovering like it should do so more of my time and energy is being put into rehab, along with parenting and running our local toddler group! September has been full of more memory making with the family (on holiday in Iceland) and with friends (the weekends have been packed full of fun and special times).

Anyway, these three number cakes were three of the 5 cakes that went out last weekend and were to celebrate two of our friends joint 50th birthdays 🎂 Three different flavour sponges with three different toppings, all within a chocolate theme 😍

I do think number cakes might be some of my favourite cakes to make ☺️

It's been a while since I've made brownie donuts and so I decided to surprise the wonderful with these beauties at our end of season awards dinner...it took some planning and a stealth mission to the Blue Ball Inn but it was so worth it!! Absolutely love my netball team and couldn't ask for better support during the very long, slow rehab journey until I can play again 💚

I had the privilege of making a celebration cake for the Broadclyst Net Ninjas badminton club end of season awards and celebration event this weekend. As a village we are so blessed to have such a friendly and inclusive badminton club led by the wonderful Dave and Becky Follett so it was an absolute honour to make this cake for the event. Massive thanks again to the Folletts and to the other volunteers who help make this club the success that it is.

The Shed is out for the final weekend of the summer...ice packs are in place and will be changed over in between my daughters musical theatre performances this afternoon.

Remember, once they're gone, they're gone so don't hang around!

⏰️ Open today and Friday from 2.30pm until late

🎂 HUGE range of bakes available this weekend but once they're gone they're gone...

🗓 This is likely my final weekend of opening the Shed until September so get them while you can!

😍 Don't over panic though...the Udder Stuff vending machine in Cranbrook will remain fully stocked throughout the summer and my bakes are available 24/7 along with their awesome milk and milkshakes 🥛🍫
