We would like to introduce Big A’s Sunday roasts .
They are a small family business who produce Sunday roasts every week in the area.
They are freshly cooked from our kitchen in the bakery.

We do advise to book yours in advance.

So that's a wrap from us at the tea parlour. Our open sale days are tomorrow and sunday.

Thank you everyone who came to our very last Christmas dinner days and to everyone who has graced our door over the last 13 years.

We have seen different members of staff come and go so thank you to all our old and new staff that made the tea room it was.

Dini is now going to finally retire and have a good rest. Stacey is going on a new career choice and also doing a bakery from the premise. She will put her beautiful leaflet up on this page for you all to see in the next few days.

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Our tea parlour will be finally closing its doors on 13th December 2024 after 13 years of trading.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to all of our customers that have supported us over the years, many that have become good friends over our time here.

Stacey will continue to bake cakes and scones to order until we find a buyer, Richard will also maintain the running of the post office. (Leaflet available in post office)

On the 14th and 15th December we will be holding an open house from 10.30am - 3:00pm each day, to sell the contents of the tea room. Tea sets, silverware, tablecloths, pictures etc will all be available to purchase.

Afternoon all.

We have been busy baking up a new product for our Christmas menu.

As well as offering Christmas cake we now have our orange and cranberry tea cakes on the menu.

These are available for takeaway.
They come in packs of two or four and they can been frozen also. If you would like to order these special tea cakes please message us.

Winter Pudding Club
Winter is almost here.

We will be holding the pudding club on Saturday 23rd November

1pm-3pm

6 different taster puddings with tea or coffee all for £15.95 per person

Menu-

Plum Cobbler

Oxford Steamed Pud

Clotted Cream Rice Pudding

Pear and Ginger Pud

Scottish Flummery

Mulled Wine Jelly

Followed by Tea/Coffee and Homemade biscuits

Booking is advised.

Please note you do get a good portion of each of the puddings and tea or coffee to swill it all down. So we advise bringing empty tummies.

We have decided to hold the last pudding club on 23rd November. The theme will be cozy winter.

6 different winter warming puddings and tea or coffee all for £15.95.

We are just fine tuning the menu and will post it up soon.

Afternoon everyone. Sorry for the silence.
We have been preparing for the next pudding club which is this Saturday. We have a table left for this. Booking is essential.

We have also been making Christmas cakes ready for sale in a few weeks. If you are interested in ordering one please message us on here or you can email dini on [email protected].

Our Christmas cakes are 4 inch round which will be mazipan and iced. Gift wrapped in cellophane.
