Morning everyone,

It’s a lovely bright and sunny morning along the quayside today and we’re here in our usual space with some of our delightful bakes.

We also have some sandwiches available to purchase - tofu egg mayo and VLT are the flavours on offer today.

It’s the perfect day for a stroll along the Quayside today ☀️🥵 - even better with our bakes in your bag!

We’ve been working our magic with some fresh pastries and have made Cinnamon Rolls (topped with cream cheese frosting) and Croissant Rolls (filled with strawberry crème patisserie) 🥐

Some other new additions are the PBJ & Oreo Cookie Slice, Espresso Brownie & Maple & Pecan Blondie (with a maple & pecan crunch topping) and we’re sorry if you wanted CornFlake Tart Blondie cause Sam forgot to bring them 🙈

It’s the perfect day for a stroll along the Quayside today ☀️🥵 - even better with our bakes in your bag!

Well, today is The Tree Rooms last day……….😳

Until Saturday 30th! 😅🤪

Jen is jetting off to get some R&R in the sun and Sam will be around but will be busy with some shop updates, a bit of baking and recipe testing - so if you were planning a trip to The Tree Rooms today is the day!

We’ll be at Quayside as normal and our website remains open for postal bake orders - JustEat availability will be limited but will be on where we can 🚲🚗📦

Wow what an epic day at the amazing N.E.A.R. event at Northumberland Uni!

We were a little late at being organised so Thankyou to our lovely customers for waiting very patiently for the big cakes and hot sandwich’s to arrive…..we hope they were worth the wait?!

It was lovely seeing familiar faces and regular customers (who we feel are becoming like an extension of our family) as well as newer customers popping by to sample our goods. We definitely feel the love and appreciate the support you give us in aid of such a worthy cause/event.

Sadly we were so busy, (despite the extra help we had) and didn’t even manage to get any photos, so currently stealing photos we’ve been tagged in to showcase our 8 layer…..YES 8 LAYERS of our fudgy, dreamy, decadent ‘big guns bogtrotter’ cake. The slices were so big we had to buy bigger boxes to fit a slice in! No surprising it wasn’t on the counter long….another reason we missed out getting pics 🙈🤣🥴🤣

Thanks to everyone again, a fabulous and well organised event…..now for cake and wine….oh wait no cake left, sold out 🥳😩🍰🥂🤣🤣🥰🌱💚

Have you heard? There’s this amazing N.E.A.R. event at Northumberland Uni (Domain, Students Union) this Saturday from 11am!

We’ll be joining the other amazing traders and performers, to make it day you’ll remember & we promise there will be something for everyone!!

We’ll have cakes and bakes galore as you wouldn’t expect anything less and for the first time ever, we’re also bring you a selection of our hot & cold sandwiches - there may or may not be Dippy Eggz, Philly Cheesesteak….you’ll have to come and see to find out 🤪

Oh and there’s this super raffle with massive prizes, like a £50 voucher to spend The Tree Rooms !!

We’ve got a few slices of our Tiramisu and Bertha cake available, some new Lemon Crumble Cookie Bars, Peanut Butter Cup & Oreo Cookie Pie Slices, Rhubarb Crumble Deep Dish, Lemon & Raspberry Blondies & a host of your other faves 🎉💚

Yep, you read it right, you can now get ur chops around our signature Breakfast Stack (Toasted Brioche Bun, Fresh Sliced Tomato, house TVP Breakfast Patty, Melted Cheese, Caramelised Onions, crispy Hash Brown & topped with our house Bacun Mayo). Accompanied by a pot of our ever popular Dippy Eggz, salad garnish & house Coleslaw, annnnnd if you wanna level up even more you can add a sprinkle of Shiitake Mushroom Bacon 🤩
