I wanted to pull this comment out from Jenna at Revega as it seems our email yesterday has caused a little confusion for those with existing assessments and available updates.

Jenna replied with the following excellent information which hopefully clarifies the situation:

Hi, we (Revega) do the assessments now.
To clarify.
You don’t need to update at the moment. However you can if:
- you want the updated allergens done for you.
- the newly added toys, crystals, jewellery, paper items addition.
- neons and glow colours where they weren’t previously included
- the ability to add assessments together (sell together addendum) allowing you to make things like frosted bath bombs. You’d need to hold both updated assessments from us to do that.
There were some formulation changes that warranted updates that Jay previously did FOC I believe, however regulations change all the time and sometimes updates are necessary and there is a lot of work involved for the assessor to generate the updated reports.
We are offering a discount on updates currently if wanted or needed, but cannot offer them free.
The assessments are extremely good value.

*** Soak Bead Update ***

We've had a couple of questions about whether we have sold out of the old grade beads and if new orders will definitely get the new grade beads. This has been the case for a few weeks and I'm really sorry we didn't make this clearer sooner, but all the old beads are sold out 🥳. All orders for Soak Beads will be sent the new grade beads as standard, you don't need to specifically request them 😊

Following our recent testing, we are pleased to announce the new Soak Beads are now available to order. These have better fragrance absorbtion, more even colour distribution and excellent melting flow for products such as car freshies!
