🌿🌸✨ SAGE GREEN, BLUSH BLOOMS & GOLDEN DETAILS ✨🌸🌿

I absolutely loved creating this elegant three-tier wedding cake, set against the beautiful surroundings of Holmewood Hall Wedding Venue 🤍💍

Soft sage green buttercream, delicate gold detailing and the most gorgeous blush and ivory florals came together to create such a romantic, timeless finish.

And inside, three completely different flavours… 😍

🤍 10” bottom tier — Classic vanilla sponge layered with strawberry conserve & vanilla buttercream

🍫 8” middle tier — Classic chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream

❤️ 6” top tier — Red velvet sponge with vanilla bean buttercream

The stunning fresh flowers were provided by Viv Mrs Bee's Flower Company in Stamford and complemented the cake so beautifully. 🌸🌿

There’s always something incredibly special about creating a wedding cake. Knowing it becomes part of such an important day — and the photographs and memories that will be treasured afterwards — is something I never take for granted. 🥹🤍

🌹✨ 40 YEARS OF LOVE — RUBY ANNIVERSARY CAKE ✨🌹

I absolutely loved creating this one for such a special milestone — a beautiful 40th Ruby Wedding Anniversary ❤️

A statement 10-inch, four-layer cake, made with white chocolate and raspberry sponge, finished in a smooth buttercream and decorated in gorgeous ruby reds, deep pinks and touches of gold.

🌸 All of the floral decorations around the sides were handmade by me, individually shaped and placed to create the wildflower effect. The flowers around the top edge were the only non-edible decorations on the cake.

Finished with delicate gold details and, of course, the gorgeous Happy 40th Anniversary topper to bring everything together. ✨

There’s something extra special about making a cake to celebrate 40 years of marriage. 🥰❤️

Happy Ruby Anniversary to the lovely couple — I hope you had the most wonderful celebration! 🥂

🌸🐰 A very special first birthday cake for Aurora! 🐰🌸

I absolutely loved creating this pretty little two-tier cake for Aurora’s 1st Birthday. 💕🎂

The cake was made up of a 6-inch bottom tier and 4-inch top tier, with both tiers made from delicious chocolate sponge. 🍫

One of my favourite things about this cake is that all of the decorative details were handmade by me, from the little flowers and butterflies right through to the gorgeous bunny sitting proudly on top. 🐰🦋🌼 I love being able to create all those tiny details by hand and watch the whole design gradually come together!

Soft pinks, pastel florals, butterflies and a very sweet little bunny made this such a lovely design for a first birthday. 🌷✨

Happy 1st Birthday, Aurora! 🎀 I hope you had the most wonderful day.

A very special cake for a very special FIRST birthday! 🎂✨

I absolutely loved creating this two-tier Teddy Bear Picnic cake for little Violet’s 1st birthday. 💕 From the tiny picnic baskets and gingham blanket to the sweetest little teddy bears, bunting, flowers and woodland details, there was so much to look at on this one. 🧺🌼🐻 Lots of hours and patience went into bringing all those little details together.

I love creating cakes that are more than just cake — something completely bespoke that becomes part of the memories and photographs from such a special celebration. 🤍

Created for a special 13th birthday celebration, this bespoke cake was designed around a love of Stray Kids, with soft blush tones, black accents and statement personalised details throughout. 🖤🩷

Finished with a smooth ivory buttercream, delicate piped swirls, scattered pearls and sprinkles, layered toppers and a bold Stray Kids centrepiece, the design feels fun and youthful while still keeping that polished, luxury finish. ✨

The oversized 13, personalised birthday topper and group image complete the look beautifully and make the cake feel completely unique to the birthday girl.

🌹✨ A little throwback to where it all began… ✨🌹

This was actually one of the very first celebration cakes I ever created, right at the beginning of my cake journey! 🥹🎂

A Beauty and the Beast inspired cake, completely handmade with so many little details — from Mrs Potts & Chip to Lumière, the enchanted rose and, of course, “Be Our Guest”. 🌹🕯️✨

Looking back at cakes like this makes me realise just how much my style, skills and little business have grown over the years. We all have to start somewhere, and I’ll always have a soft spot for some of these early creations. 💕

From those first cakes made with lots of determination (and probably a few sleepless nights 😂) to The Griffin Bakery Co. today… what a journey it’s been. 🎂✨
