SAVOURY CREPES! 🌮🧀 From the first flip, we’ve been eager to share this with you. We are still perfecting a menu 📒, but be sure they are coming very soon! From classic ham and cheese to exotic combinations like spinach and feta or smoked salmon and cream cheese, perfectly thin and delicately folded, each bite will be a journey through a world of culinary delights. We hope you’re as excited as we are! 🤩 When they are finally out, we’ll let the whole world know (the author of this post clearly loves savoury crepes 🤭).

It’s mainly syrup with cut up and sprinkles of some heavenly freeze dried raspberries 🥀❤️ Others we thought to do today were a Kinder Bueno filling with Nutella, topped off with either syrup, Lotus Biscoff sauce and white and milk chocolate blossoms.

🥞On average, British people use around 52 million eggs on Pancake Day!

🥞The largest pancake ever made weighed about three tonnes and measured almost 15 metres across.

🥞Before baking powder was invented, people would use fresh snow in the pancakes instead! This is because it contains a chemical called ammonia which helps the pancakes to come out fluffy and soft.

🥞The first pancake recipe recorded was in an English cookbook from the 15th Century - that’s over 500 years ago!

New updates! It’s been a busy week: moved to the middle of the food court, went through an inspection - got a 5 star rating! Also we are joining Just Eat from next week so look out for our just eat menu 🤗 thank you for supporting us so far. As a sign of appreciation, come collect our “ £5 off an order over £20” leaflets to use them next time you come.
