One more spoon … right?
Finally got round to making a dairy free tiramisu and it didn’t last very long (in the best way)
Savoiardi biscuits dipped in delish coffee from .mov
Creamy mascarpone layers and a hooge amount of cocoa dusted on top 👌🏼
The only acceptable way to eat this was directly out the dish, don’t waste time splitting it into portions, please.
Best shared with big spoons 🤎

Life is busy but there’s one thing I will always find time for and that’s a sweet treat. Not going to lie, baking this gave me a few flashbacks to 2020. I don’t need to say anything else. This one’s got pecans and cinnamon then I had some leftover coffee mascarpone I made. Dolloped it on and added cocoa. Here u have it a beautiful tiramisu banana bread.

I come from a long line of feeders so naturally on my birthday I made enough cake for an entire family and then some. Couldn’t stop thinking about the Matilda cake for a while so here u go. And she was FUDGEY. Choc ganache, buttercream, fresh frooot. Chefs kiss.

Here are the 4 fave nood choices I’ve brought back for a very limited time 👀

🍫 Brookies – the love child of a brownie and a cookie
🍪 Cookie Bars – thick, chewy, and impossible to eat just one
🌰 Amaretti – soft, almondy, addictive
🍪 Classic Cookies – because sometimes, simple is best
