Made these vanilla cupcakes with a raspberry centre topped with vanilla buttercream and decorated with freeze dried raspberries on top. My kitchen smelt amazing and the birthday girl said all loved them .

Millionaires shortbread an absolute favourite with all .
Buttery shortbread covered with a creamy homemade caramel that's topped with a thick layer of chocolate with various chocolates sprinkled on top . Delicious!

I am very happy to say that I have been told I shall continue to have my food hygiene rating of 5 until my next inspection . So I'm very happy as it takes alot of hard work to achieve this.

Thought I'd share some of the bakes I've done as treats , gifts or sold .

For anyone who loves a brownie you can't beat the triple choc brownies that have nice chunks of chocolate in the brownie and has a thick drizzle of both milk and white chocolate on top .

If you love Jaffa cakes you would love the Jaffa cake brownies as they have Jaffa cakes in the mix and also as decoration on top along with a thick coating of milk chocolate .

Triple choc and raspberry brownies with a thick drizzle of milk and white chocolate over the top before freeze dried raspberries were sprinkled on - absolutely mouth wateringly delicious!!!!!!

A lemon cake with lemon curd in and elderflower buttercream made for a friend who was celebrating a special birthday. All enjoyed it and said it was delicious.

I don't do cake decorating like this usually but I decided to make a paddington bear for my adult daughter and she loved him . The cake itself was a lemon and blueberry cake with lemon curd and elderflower buttercream inside. All said it was delicious.
