Zennor Coffee Roasters roast their beans less than three miles from us. We figured we should probably be serving it.

This is Beshasha. Straight out of Ethiopia, grown by Mustefa Abakeno at 2,000 metres. Washed process. Peach, apricot, toffee. Light roast, sweet and it sits bloody well in a flat white.

But this isnā€™t a one-and-done. The beans rotate. New origins, fresh roasts, and a reason to ask whatā€™s on.
