A few weeks ago these were just an idea... now they're one of the most popular things in the café! 😍

You guys completely sold out our first batches, so I thought I'd give you a little behind-the-scenes look at how our gluten free baguettes are made 👀

From mixing the dough, to shaping, proving and baking, every baguette is handmade right here at The Phoenix Café 💛

The best bit? They're completely gluten free, but have that proper baguette crust and soft fluffy centre that so many of us thought we'd never enjoy again 🥹

Who else remembers the days of popping into a bakery and grabbing a fresh baguette? 🥖✨
