🍂☀️ Good morning from The Phoenix Café! ☀️🍂

The weekend is here, the coffee is brewing and the cake counter is looking better than ever! 😍

And... it's back! 🤤

🇳🇴 Verdens Beste – which literally translates to "The World's Best Cake" – has made a long-awaited return!

It's been far too long since I last made this one, and I know so many of you have been asking for it. A light vanilla sponge is layered with silky vanilla cream, topped with crisp meringue and toasted flaked almonds... it's beautifully light, not overly sweet and utterly delicious. Once you've tried it, you'll understand why it's called The World's Best Cake! ❤️

Be quick though... I don't think it'll be around for long!

Alongside that we've got all your favourites...
