Almond Bakewell Cake on the bottom. Two layers of soft almond sponge layered with raspberry preserve and a delicate frangipane centre.
And a rich chocolate sponge on the top filled with creamy chocolate ganache 😋😋
All coated and topped off with a soft vanilla buttercream 🍰

Welcome to De Roslyn Bakes!

I’m Ezmee, the baker behind the scenes. I’ve always loved creating homemade bakes and I’m so excited to finally be sharing them with you all.

I specialise in made-to-order cakes, from classic favourites to more indulgent, decorated celebration cakes – all baked fresh with quality ingredients and a lot of care.
