Lemon meringue - lemon sponge with a lemon curd and clotted cream filling and meringue top
Chocolate and raspberry - chocolate sponge with a raspberry jam filling and a chocolate icing with raspberry chocolate and freeze dried raspberry on top
Victoria sponge - vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and clotted cream filling and a vanilla buttercream

Brownies £1 each or 5 for £4
Chocolate fudge
Chocolate orange
Gluten free chocolate and pecan

Slices £1 each or 3 for £2.50
Caramel slice - shortbread base with a caramel filling and a chocolate top
Gluten free lemon polenta - gluten free lemon drizzle (made with ground almond and polenta)

As always collection from Talveneth Pendeen
I am in Penzance on Wednesday and Thursday so I am happy to deliver on those days
I can also deliver onto anyone on the route from Pendeen through st just to Sennen on Friday morning

So I had my vaccine on Friday and it left me feeling yucky all weekend.

Due to this I haven’t done any baking 😞

So if you would like anything specific I can make it fresh for you as I’m feeling much more myself again 😃
