My son was recently diagnosed with egg, milk and wheat intolerance so we need to exclude them for 3 months!!! 🙈🙈 Including a piggypag sensitivity to oats, rice, gluten, almonds, peanut & Brazil nuts so limit to 1-2 times a week. Trying to find anything wheat free that also doesn't have rice and oats is impossible! So I've had to create my own blend with tapioca flour, sorghum flour and buckwheat flour - not actually wheat! Along with egg replacer.
