The most memorable moments are not rushed. They are savoured. Each one creating an imprint in your mind that lasts long after the last crumb has been enjoyed.

The family is gathered, an abundance of delicious dishes fill the table…and then you bring this -

A thoughtful selection of desserts, with something for every palate, an unspoken invitation to linger.

The afternoon begins to soften, conversation flowing easily, laughter gently filling the air.

After a flurry of bookings I’ve only a few dates left for weddings this summer 🤍

It’s always this time of year that the diary starts filling up , as spring starts making itself felt (despite the seemingly unending rain at the moment!), wedding season on the horizon, and we start looking forward to milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and garden parties galore.

Each one given the same love, care and attention to detail whether a multi tiered Manor House wedding, or an intimate family birthday around the kitchen table.

It’s been a busy start to the year with birthdays, wedding fayres and these gorgeous gender reveal cupcakes with dusky shades of blue, pink and just a hint of sparkle.

With each new booking filling the diary, a reminder that each celebration receives the same care and attention to detail, whether it’s a milestone birthday, anniversary, a baby on the way, or the most special of weddings.

If you’ve got something to celebrate this spring or summer it’s always worth securing your date sooner rather than later. I always keep space for those special cakes alongside weddings, but planning ahead helps keep everything much more relaxed.

If you had told me 5 years ago that I’d be here now, with not only a business, but a flourishing one and a finalist in the simply wedding awards I’m not sure I’d have believed you!

But here we are!
And it’s down to my amazing, wonderful, lovely couples 🥰

Couples who say things like…

There’s a special kind of magic in the air at this time of year - misty mornings, golden light, the last of the harvest, and all those warm, rich colours.

From rustic tree stumps with sugar mushrooms and the sweetest little hedgehog, to elegant sugar flowers in burnt oranges and deep reds, these cakes were designed to bring that autumn glow to weddings, birthdays, and family celebrations. Warm, textured and perfect for sharing.

Chocolate fudge cake, coated in dark chocolate ganache and finished with handmade details. from the iconic institute in Porthleven, drawn and painted by hand, to the sugar shells and the cheeky little seagull on top 🐦✨

This 60th birthday cake was created to be indulgent, personal, and unforgettable. Finished without soya lecithin to suit an intolerance, it was a joy to bring their ideas to life.

And the best part? Hearing back just how much it meant to them 💕 (swipe to read their review).

Because for me, it’s not just about how a cake looks - it’s about how it makes people feel.

September already✨ but wedding season is far from over! After a busy summer of celebrations, I’m still creating plenty of cakes, like this engagement cake for one of my lovely returning customers 💍

Finished in my signature white chocolate buttercream with hand piped details and message - simple, elegant, and perfect for marking such a special milestone.
