So this past weekend, I got the absolute honour of making my brothers wedding cake!!🤩
They went for a chiffon cake layered with lemon mascarpone icing and packed with strawberries🍓🤤garnished with a little candied orange peel and thyme🍊
I thought I’d show you a little behind the scenes of the process as the wedding was in London! This meant I had to make the cake in an air bnb then transport if across London in an Uber😅luckily it all arrived safely in one piece🤗
An incredible weekend celebrating with family! Thanks to for making it all so easy💛

Hello👋🏻sorry I’ve been so quiet lately, I’ve had a very busy couple of weeks and I thought I’d do a little update☺️
I want to start by saying I won’t be taking any orders this week, as I’m going to London for my brothers wedding(!!!) but orders will be back to normal next Monday🤩
I’ve also mentioned my gluten free brownie that I was meant to release last week, but got unexpectedly busy with extra bits, so I’m holding it off until Monday (sorry for the delay!)
I’m also busy planning my move back to Manchester, which I am so excited about as it will mean I can do more collection bakes and start expanding what I offer (I also just miss Manchester😂)
This is a lengthy post so I’ll stop now, but thank you all so much for your continued support and it’s amazing watching this little biz grow little by little💛💛

So excited to announce that you can now find my brownies and custom large macarons in Askham Hall cafe🤩💛

We’re very excited to trial a new local supplier OSO Bakes for some artisan cakes in the cafe. This week we have praline as well as cardamom, orange and coffee brownies. Also raspberry and white chocolate as well as orange macaroons. 😋

Gluten free or not?
I’m not lying when I say that my new gluten free brownie tastes just as good as normal, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference🤩
This will available from next week, in all 5 of my current flavours🤤

Hello👋🏻👋🏻
So, after a lot of postal tests to ensure these arrive safely to you, I’m finally able to announce the release date🤩It also just so happens to be my birthday this week, so I thought what better time?
So I’m excited to say that these beautiful macarons will be available from 12 noon on Friday 16th🥳🤩
They will come in boxes of 6 with 2 of each flavour and will be £12 including 24 hour tracked delivery😍⭐️
As it’s my first release, I only have a limited amount available to start to see what demand is like, so don’t wait to get your hands on a box!
