A meaningful wedding cake for Lucy and Oscar at Hensol Castle, finished with a handmade swan topper to complement their vintage-inspired design.
This three-tier cake featured layers of vanilla & strawberry, raspberry & white chocolate, and chocolate orange, all frosted in smooth Belgian white chocolate ganache.
Even in the 28°C heat, the ganache transported beautifully and held up amazingly throughout the day.
