Chocolate banana bread cupcakes with 70% dark chocolate chips and chocolate vanilla buttercream.

These are very moreish and not overly sweet.

My daughter loves baking with me and I love the time we share together! 💜

After mixing the dry ingredients she turns to me and says "Can we eat them now?" 🤣 Waiting 30 minutes is long time to wait when you want to eat some delicious 'hot cross bun' cookies!

Dairy free 🌈 🌈 🌈 cake! 😋

👧🏼🎂 The birthday girl has a dairy allergy so this delicious cake was made using Soya milk and palm oil butter.

This large cake is made up of a double chocolate base layer and a moreish Victoria sponge on tiers 2 and 3.

Decorated with a vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache drip.

Happy 4th Birthday Mia!

I'm 99% sure he was talking about cake. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I often don't use non-edible elements on my cakes but I did like creating the lightsabers on this one. It was a nice touch for the birthday boy (40 year old man) to place the glow sticks onto the cake.
