Buttercup Cottage Bakery Cakes and bakes I started my business on the island of Jersey in 2010. Originally from Hull, East Yorkshire I have returned to my roots in 2022.

I bought Buttercup Cottage in the beautiful village of Patrington and I have continued with my little baking business. I am pretty much self-taught although I have studied Patisserie and confectionery to City and Guilds level. I love creating wonderful, bespoke and individual cupcakes and cakes to suit my client's needs. Next week sees the release of Jurassic World Rebirth, it has been 32 years since Spielberg gave us the original and six movies later, here we are back on the island.

Dinosaurs have always been a popular theme for cakes and I have a few designs under my belt.
