How it all began
I used to have a micro bakery based in a shipping container in my garden, where I baked and sold all types of bread and taught others to bake real bread.
I have now opened a new Bakery in Pangbourne, Birch Bread and this is where courses will be held. Sunday is Course day as the bakery is working every other day and the shop is open Tuesday to Saturday.
My Shipping Container bakery was filmed for the BBC and was featured in Country Living Magazine in 2015 and 2016 and is featured in their Turn Your Hobby Into A Business, Bookazine. In 2017 my micro bakery was featured in The Sunday Times, business section and on BBC Saturday Kitchen Live.
