Hello everyone!
For anyone whoโs fortunate enough to have not seen my face yet! I promise I do smile ๐ heres a brief intro to me.
Iโm a novice baker, 29, inspired by European bakes and cakes. After finding I had โthe nack for bakingโ, Iโve taken it in my stride as my โsecond jobโ. Very different to my normal working day!
I love being challenged and taken out of my comfort zone. Mastering techniques and recipes, creating my own niche & recently creating carrot shaped cakes, my first ever fondant work to mastering a chocolate cake recipe and much more. Im always happy to try out new cakes and bakes for people to have.
I believe strongly in providing the best possible experience. From the order to delivery, communication, product testing (mastering my craft), product perfection & creating the tastiest treats ever! all are important steps in my delivery of a service.
Iโm currently looking at future markets and the potential to be apart of these. Watch this space.
And after a well rested couple of weeks in Italy. Iโll be back in the country tomorrow & ready to take orders again ๐ฅฐ
