If you've not been to BLEND Coffee Lounge, Paisley before this weekend is the perfect time to check it out. It's a great coffee shop in the town centre & best of all it's dog friendly so if like me you like looking at cute dogs while you eat cake you'll love it!

I use dairy free spread rather than butter so many of my biscuits are already accidentally vegan or require minimum changes to make them vegan. Some examples are

Empire biscuits
Gingerbread
Flavoured shortbread
Custard creams
