When you are a cake maker, you are expected to make cakes for your children. So for me It was a busy time with moving / holiday/ my daughter just getting having chickenpox so it was a quick unplanned cake. Decorated in less than an hour as I had guests turning up for her party 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 my daughter decided to taste some of the buttercream around her sides but after all it was her cake!
This was a Victoria sponge with jam and cream. I also made it milk free so I could have some 😋
