First breakfast in bed for a long time (sourdough wasn't an option 🤣)
After 2 days of what I thought was trapped wind It ended up being a nasty case of appendicitis so had it whipped out yesterday. So I'll be putting my feet up for a few weeks, which will be quite welcome after a heavy summer season!

Hey everyone, I've buckled under pressure and will be making some HX buns! The only way I can fit them into my week will be to bake them on Sunday evening, so they will be available to collect on Monday. They will be £8 for a bag of 4.
