Hey everyone, I've buckled under pressure and will be making some HX buns! The only way I can fit them into my week will be to bake them on Sunday evening, so they will be available to collect on Monday. They will be Β£8 for a bag of 4. I was asked to compile a list of places that use/sell my bread for a local artisan food map so I thought I'd share it to give a shout out and thanks to all my wholesale customers...with particular thanks to and also for all the collecting and distributing and drumming up of business. I've had lots more enquiries recently but I'm afraid I've had to batten down the hatches now in preparation for a busy summer, so won't be able to take on any more wholesale customers until after the summer at least πŸ₯΅
