We currently have some new residents at Pippins. Due to a mix up by the company we now have chicks and ducklings!!! Unfortunately, although we would love to keep them, they're only with us for a short time. If you get chance to come and see them you're very welcome.!! X

Happy 99th birthday to our most glamorous resident Muriel. This lady was a trailblazer for ladies fashion, owning multiple shops. Muriel was always forward thinking with women's rights, ensuring they had top jobs and pay.
Muriel had many proteges who went on to work with top designers. Many of her employees still keep in touch due to their appreciation for what she did for them.

Our annual Christmas lunch was at the waterside this year. The chocolate fudge cake went down well. It's lovely that residents, family and staff can get together, the weather wasn't the best but the company was! The laughter and genuine affection shows how great Pippins is. What a great Christmas party!
Thank you all for coming, a big attendance, it was lovely to see residents enjoying time with their loved ones. Many compliments on the food, and we had great prizes thanks to generous donations.
A genuinely fun afternoon and even Father Christmas himself made an appearance to personally hand out presents to the residents! Assisted by his two glamorous helpers.
A massive thank you to the amazing and wonderful Pippins staff team, both those who were on shift and those who very kindly gave up their personal time to help and enjoy the celebrations. You are what makes Pippins the best. ###
