Back Soon!!

I’m just about start a new full time job which is really exciting! This, along with how insanely expensive ingredients are becoming, has made me decide to take a little break from the business. I’ve loved doing it and it’s been so much more successful than I thought it would be! I didn’t think I could make a business out of something I genuinely enjoy but here we are!

So I definitely plan to come back to it in the near future. However for now I’m going to focus on my new job, see how ingredient costs and bills go 🙈 and have a brainstorm about some new ideas and ways to sell my bakes! Thank you for all the support so far and keep an eye out for the return of The Bungalow Bakery! 😊

A bit about the business! (and me 💁‍♀️)

So I decided to leave an incredibly stressful job around a year ago, I then worked at a doggy daycare for a while (swipe for adorable photos ➡️) whilst I decided what to do next. Whilst enjoying not being cripplingly stressed anymore, I started to bake in the free time I then had. Turns out I really enjoy it and I’m not half bad either! So I stopped worrying about what I thought people wanted me to do and started doing what I enjoyed instead and here we are!

With the help of my incredibly supportive family and partner, and a lot of blood, sweat (theirs) and tears (mine) we managed to transform are rather old kitchen and the business began!

Not only is my kitchen an obsessive level of clean but I’ve also got the below:

✅ Full insurance
✅ A registered premises
✅ Health & Hygiene qualification level 3

So there you go! That’s how I got to where I am now and I can’t wait to see where the business goes 🌟
