SALTteam A group of young food enthusiasts who are hosting a gastronomic event in Oxford - Tuesday 21st February 2017

As part of our final year at Oxford Brookes University we are creating, and managing an event. We have decided on Team SALT - the catalyst of Gastronomy, is an exploration of everything Salt using ancient techniques such as curing, pickling and salt baking with a modern twist. Our 4 course menu has been inspired by the small plate movement and the rise of vegetable focused dishes which will be ref
