Spooky and delicious 👻🎃
This master piece is an XL pumpkin with a creamy pecan jelly, pecan dacquoise and crunch, covered in unbelievably delicate pumpkin mousse 🤤
Coated with callebaut chocolate 🍫 Admittedly I attempted glazing it and the glaze just wouldn’t stick, guess I should look into different recipes 🫠 But I made it work in the end 🤓
