This cake is a 7 inch double layer red velvet sponge with cream cheese frosting - perfect for a small get together. And this one made its way all the way to the O2 in London, for Richard’s birthday last week! I hope you had a great day!

The lovely Tracey approached me to make this cake for her wedding last weekend and I jumped at the opportunity! The semi-naked buttercream paired with the fresh fruit gives it a simple elegance that I just love!
This cake is three tiers of Biscoff & Caramel, Lemon and Vanilla.
