Real ingredients. Nothing hidden. Nothing unnecessary. 🧡

Every Sage loaf is handmade with whole grain flours, whole foods, and as many organic ingredients as possible — some entirely organic. High in fibre and protein, free from gums, emulsifiers, fillers, artificial colours, flavourings, and refined sugar. 🌱

Pick up almost any other gluten free bread and you’ll find a long list of additives doing the heavy lifting. At Sage, the ingredients do. That’s the difference. 🌿

And apparently, judges agree that clean, honest baking tastes better too. 🏆

Third year running — Sage Bakery has won Britain’s Best Loaf 2026, GF category. Still can’t quite believe it! 🏆

The Seeded Rustic Bread took the top spot, as well as a silver medal for the Cinnamon Raisin Bread, and bronze medals for both the Garlic Chilli Bread and the Chocolate Cranberry Bread. The event’s largest overall entry yet, which makes it mean even more.

Huge congrats to all the other category winners! Thank you to British Baker, the judges, the sponsors, the lovely bakers we got to spend the day with, and most of all our customers — we wouldn’t be here without you! 🧡
