Classic box of 6 cupcakes contains one of each flavor, unless requested differently at the time of order. Please note we do not promise exacts, we can only make something similar as every baker does work differently. ALLERGENS
All of our cupcakes and cakes are created in an environment where gluten, milk, eggs and nuts are present. You must let me know at the time of ordering if you are allergic or intolerant to any of these ingredients. How to order Cake
Orders must be placed at least one to two weeks in advance. How to order Cupcakes
Orders must be placed Monday for Wednesday Delivery | Wednesday for Friday Delivery | Friday for Sunday Delivery
All my cakes are freshly made to order with only the best quality ingredients. No preservatives are put into my cakes so are best eaten on day of collection/delivery or refrigerate immediately for next day consumption. Placing an order with Vicious Delights 4U is an acknowledgement of the customer confirming and accepting each of the terms in this statement. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. The remainder is payable on or before collection. If the order is booked within 1 week (wedding cake orders within 2 weeks) of the event date then 100% will be required at the time of booking. A rush fee will be applied for orders with 5 days or less notice. Bookings will not be made until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date should I have availability. Any date changes must be made 1 month prior to the collection date. If you cancel within 1 month of the collection date then the deposit is lost. COLLECTIONS
Collections will be organised with you prior to the date. Please consider if you would like to collect the evening before the event. If you are going to be late please let me know ASAP, and a new time slot will be agreed around my existing commitments. By leaving the property and accepting the product the customer agrees that the product's design is acceptable and as discussed at the time of ordering, therefore no complaint on design shall be made at a later date. If the product is damaged in the care of the customer, please contact Vicious Delights 4U for further advice as it may be possible to repair the damage. Any repairs needed due to damage caused will be charged. Delivery available subject to discuss when an order is placed. STORAGE
The products should be stored in a cool location out of direct sunlight to prevent sweating, melting and other damage including the cake drying out. Please keep all fondant or marzipan covered products out of the fridge as this causes the fondant or marzipan to sweat and colors to run.
