Art Deco details meets rustic icing finish today at for M&V’s wedding. Apologies for the bad photography, I forgot my phone (yes I experienced major no phone anxiety!) and had to borrow a lovely chaps phone but I had no clue how to use it! Hopefully the beauty of the cake still shines through.

No filter necessary for this beauty. I loved creating this cake for A&A today
After two postponed dates (thanks covid!) and seven cake designs (I got carried away!) this is the final design that A&A chose and I couldn’t agree with them more that it is perfect! I love everything about this cake and it fits the super elegant and sleek surroundings of Le Manoir in every way.

Sugarcraft splendour at Corpus Christi College yesterday. Congratulations to S&J, thank you for trusting me with your cake. Delicious flavour choices too: red velvet with white chocolate buttercream; vanilla sponge with vanilla bean buttercream and lemon curd & finally (my favourite) banana sponge with chocolate buttercream and salted caramel…that’s pudding in cake form!

Lovely to be today for a micro wedding. This cake was a super yummy one (yes they all are but…) it featured Chantilly cream & fresh strawberries iced with Swiss meringue buttercream, macarons, sugar leaves and 24 carat edible gold leaf. Not your average vic sponge! But then Le Manoir is not your average venue. So lovely to be with the team today and to see too.
