✨ What flavours can we choose? ✨

The short answer? As many as you like! You can choose a different flavour for each tier of your cake to ensure there is something to please everyone.

I believe your wedding cake should be just as delicious as it is beautiful, so I offer a menu full of flavourful, perfectly paired options - far beyond the standard vanilla or chocolate. Think fragrant lemon and elderflower, indulgent white chocolate and raspberry, or warm, spiced carrot cake.

But if you have a favourite dessert or a flavour that’s meaningful to you as a couple, we can go one step further, creating a bespoke flavour just for you. Whether it’s inspired by your favourite cocktail, a special holiday, or a nostalgic childhood treat, I love crafting unique combinations that tell your story.

Recently I have created some exquisite new flavours for my lovely couples, including:

🌸 Pistachio & Rose – a romantic blend of delicate floral notes with rich, nutty depth

🍋 Earl Grey & Lemon – fragrant bergamot tea with a zesty citrus twist

☕ Mocha Praline – smooth espresso, velvety chocolate, and caramelised hazelnut crunch

Your wedding cake is more than just dessert - it’s a symbol dating back to Roman and Medieval times and plays a huge part in your wedding day. The cutting of your wedding cake represents the first activity done together as a married couple while feeding each other a small piece symbolises your commitment to provide for one another and is a show of love and affection.

This beautiful celebration is a special moment, a memory that is shared with your guests (and usually heavily photographed!) so it should reflect you as a couple as much the cake itself.

While the traditional cake cutting happens just before the first dance, more and more couples are choosing to make this moment truly their own.

Read on for some suggestions of when to cut your wedding cake to make the moment truly special and unique:

• Before the meal – a stunning way to open the wedding breakfast and enjoy your cake as a delicious dessert after.

• After the ceremony – picture a romantic “cake and champagne” toast during your drinks reception.

A Christmas wedding filled with elegance and festive touches.

C&D dreamed of a day that embraced the season’s charm without going over the top with the Christmas theme. Their vision included an elegant cake that complemented their forest green colour scheme and featured delicate festive sugar flowers.

Together, we brought their vision to life with a stunning design: a forest green bottom tier, intricate snowflake stenciling, and pearl details cascading like falling snow. The cake was finished with delicate white sugar roses and mistletoe - a cake that was both timeless and filled with seasonal magic.

It’s these heartfelt details that make every wedding unique, and it’s such an honour to be part of these special moments.
