A special cake for a special birthday

This is probably my most requested cake. A hybrid of my lemon cheesecake and a cake all in one!

3 layers of Madagascan vanilla sponges. Filled with lemon cream cheese frosting & sliced strawberries.
Covered with the same lemon frosting and finished with a raspberry coulis drop, strawberries, raspberries and white chocolate swirls.
With a delicate scatter of freeze dried raspberries

This cake is a real summer hit! Very light and not over sweet. Cut vertically and the halved will easily feed 30+ small slices!

Apologies for the lack of posting.. im a nightmare for updating this page due to how busy I am most of the time.

Today was my sons 6th birthday party as hes not a fan of character cakes and fondant and with little input other than a chocolate cake with the things he's likes on top... I created this 3 layer cake for him and his freinds.
Soft and light chocolate sponge made with 70% chocolate. Light smooth chocolate buttercream.
Finished with smarties.. flake and a caramilk drip. Then some cake pops dipped in caramilk and rolled in sprinkles and token milky way magic stars ☺

Good morning all 😀 heres a couple of the new ideas that I've been working on... these are just trials with what I had in
Blueberry & blackberries with a dark choc drizzle. Vanilla filling with berries in centre.
Raspberry/vanilla cheesecake raspberries in middle with white buttons and freeze dried raspberry peices to finish

These individual cheesecakes have a collar that you just peel off and dive in. Meaning then can be sold by a box

Perfect for Xmas! Well anytime really.

More flavours are being trialled today and will be posted up with the full list and prices later
