Temporary pause on the weekly in store bakes, Having trialled this out on a weekly basis since Easter it’s starting to take its toll physically and mentally.
No denying business is really tough atm and I can’t keep affording to lose money on the leftovers which I hate having to try sell off then each Monday.
Back to basics till I find a better solution, So much to try get on top of but feels like I’m working myself into the ground as of late.

Pre orders always available on any bakes and cakes.
Limited availability in the diary for bespoke cakes for any occasions so please get in touch don’t leave it till the last minute.

Wayyy too warm for baking today hopefully this is the peak of summer, Aircon on full blast outnumbered by the oven and fudge stove.

Few stock deliveries in tomorrow, likely the last for this month so plan ahead for any supplies needed.

Past week of a cake free week was nowhere long enough to get on top of everything, Seem to be fighting a lost battle lately.

Few cakes to clear today, Note will be no fresh bakes this week.

I’ve a deliberate cake free week to hopefully try get on top of a few jobs within the shop. Turning my kitchen inside out currently making more mess and finishing up the work space extension.

No availability for cake orders for the remainder of August, Diary still open for September onwards so please get booked in sooner the better and message to discuss.
