We’ve had lots of lovely new followers recently, so I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly! 👋

Hi, I’m Lilli! 💕

I’m 27 (although I turn 28 next Sunday! 🎉) and I’ve been baking with my dad, Mr T, since I was 5 years old. What started as helping out in the bakery has grown into something I absolutely love, and I’m now lucky enough to manage Mr Thompson’s Bakery full-time.

A few fun facts about me:

🍪 My all-time favourite bake is our Chocolate Mud Cookie Pie

🎂 My favourite thing to do in the bakery is decorate your cakes

🧁 My least favourite thing? Making giant vats of buttercream!

👩‍⚕️ I’m also a qualified Paediatric Nurse

🏡 I live in Ormskirk with my fiancé Dale and our two ragdoll kittens, Indie and Blu

⛰️ The Lake District is my happy place

🤠 When I’m not baking, you’ll find me Line Dancing 💃

😆 And yes… I work 7 days a week!
