Good evening everyone. Just to update you that I have decided to stop making cakes for the foreseeable future. To those who don't know, we have recently moved house and I've had another little girl. Our new kitchen just isn't up to my cake baking spec yet and for my own sanity have decided that top notch cake and three children just aren't compatible. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as Betty and June's Bakery but hopefully there will be something new and creative on the horizon very soon so watch this space. Thank you for your wonderful custom over the years, it has been a pleasure but it's time to regain my evenings and weekends to spend with my considerably larger family. Much love.

Well folks after a lot of bookings made this week I can officially say that I will only be taking new bookings from April next year. I am jam packed full to the rafters and don't have a cake free weekend until Christmas! I will have a limited number of Christmas cakes available and will keep you posted about those. Thank you. Xx

Well after much deliberation with myself I have decided to close the order books between January and March and take a little break from the world of cake. It has been a wonderfully busy couple of years but I just need a little bit of time to get my work/life balance in order. If you have already placed an order for a cake between January and March please don't panic. All of these orders will be honoured, I won't let you down!! Thank you for keeping me so busy and apologies to those of you I have let down. I hope you understand. Best wishes, Katie x

Good evening folks, I just wanted to let you know that I am now unable to take any more orders until September. Good evening folks, I just wanted to give you a little update on the page. I have had lots and lots of requests from you lovely people recently and unfortunately I've had to let quite a few of you down. It is only myself who bakes and decorates all of the cakes (not two ladies called Betty and June) I also work three days a week in a different job and have a little girl so I am quite limited in the amount of orders I can take. I hope this helps you understand a little more about the way the business works and though I hate to say no, sometimes there really is only so many cakes I can physically bake by myself. I am ever grateful for your support and custom. Thank you. Katie ❤
