What a fantastic night we had on Saturday with our last pop up of the season, thanks to all our wonderful regulars for supporting us.
We hope to do another one towards the end of the year so keep em peeled 👀

Now it’s Monday and we’re back on to cook at home pizzas.
The dough was made on yesterday and has been proofing for 24 hours, it will be expertly shaped into dough balls later today ready to make into our delicious sourdough pizza bases.
We will fire 🔥 up the oven in the morning so get your orders in asap for your favourites to collect here in Evie or from The Brig Larder wed-Saturday.

Applying custard to Cruffins, which is your favourite?

Well unfortunately we’ve made an executive decision…very sadly we’ve decided to pull out of The County Show due to adverse weather forecasts.

However we have made a huge amount of our delicious sourdough pastries so to avoid them going to waste we will be opening our Honesty shop on Saturday , delivering sourdough goodies to The Brig Larder Saturday morning first thing.
To enhance this whole situation and for the first time in quite a while, we’re have a pop up cafe, were putting the coffee machine on so you can enjoy our delicious pastries with a cup of Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters in our bistro building.

Sit in or takeaway, no reservations needed just pop along between 10-2.30 for coffee, pastries, Crowiches ( croissant sandwiches) and toasted Crowiches.
We also have some snack boxes, perfect for lunch on the go ( all while stocks last)

So don’t hang about, make a plan and catch us tomorrow for some fresh sourdough goodness 😋🥐😋🥐😋
